Venue & Accomodation Introduction Partners ProgrammeSpace radiation can seriously affect embedded systems, provoking alterations in normal run up to irreversible damages. Space applications, as well as aeronautics, transports and even telecommunications or defense are concerned by these effects and the corresponding mitigation techniques. In order to support industrial companies in improving their use of mitigation techniques against radiation effects, European Space Agency assigned the conception of a Handbook of mitigation techniques against radiation effects for ASICs and FPGAs to the laboratory TIMA , expert in radiation hardening of ICs, and the company Floralis , subsidiary of Université Joseph Fourier specialized in technology transfer. A workshop dedicated to the presentation of the preliminary version of the handbook and the mitigation techniques will take place on September 27-28th at Einstein room and Dance room , ESTEC, Netherlands. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn about mitigations techniques and express specific interests for related to the content and the usability of such a handbook. No fee . The workshop will be limited to 50 participants . Accomodations will be in charge of the participant
